May 23, 2011 is the date that has been named Blue Monday in the online gaming world. Remember what happened that day?It's the day when the US Attorney's Office in Baltimore, MD seized nearly a dozen online gambling domain names following a two-year sting operation. This occured just over a month from Black Friday. Online gaming sites have taken steps during this last year to ensure that the US government can't stick their nose in their business. They have taken new domains with .ag and .eu extensions that are out of reach of US seizures, presumably. Hopefully, in the coming year(s), we will never speak of these two historic days again because online gambling will become completely legal in the USA.
