okay , first i have to understand why did you not cashout at some point if you were up to $22,000? I mean you could have cashed out 2K and it would still seem like you did not cashout, your balance would still be high. Just feels like part of the story is missing with the chat, like you knew something about using the free money and could not cashout, no offense but c'mon 22K and no attempt to withdraw? I would have been long gone to the bank, at least with the maximum withdrawal and then continued to play, as i am sure one was attached.Second, most rivals do not give comps on free chips, RTG casinos do not give comps on free chips and Vegas technology casino are the same.A small one time deposit of $20 would avoid all this in the future, you have to remember the casinos are in business to make money. If all the free chip players did nothing but use the free money and get free comp points they would lose their ass. In fact many online casinos are hurting right now just like the economy.I will pass this along to my guy, but i don't expect much as I can see the casinos point with a player having accounts at multiple casinos and never making one deposit and the fact that comps, most of the time at online casinos not accumulated on free play. I will also state that YES i do play with bonuses at times, and i always make sure EXCACTLY what T&C's are involved with them, max cashouts, WR, payout methods and comps. If everyone would just take just a few minutes with support prior to playing, it would eliminate 90% of the casino complaints.
