I use it all the time as a deposit method for depositing at 3 of my favorite Bingo sites, and they always go through with no trouble, and was one of the highest recommended option to use as a depositing USA player, but the only thing is that they only allow you to have 2 maximum transactions in 24 hour period. So when I want to deposit to 3 of my bingo sites, I have to wait 24 hours to make my next transaction to purchase to deposit to my third bingo site. Hope this helps.

I appreciate the info. I was intrigued by the lower deposit limits and thought it could be a better option on the days I didnt feel like depositing so much .

Epic failure. I finally decided to sign up. My issue was having to enter my credit card information since that can be scary at times. Well, I got through the whole process of recieving the digit code via text, validating my account by registering my card. I was reading the how to information and got side tracked. So a few minutes later I went to log back in and couldn't. I thought well maybe I remembered my password wrong so tried the password recovery method and it tells me my email address is not a valid registered email. So, now I have know idea what to do besides try to email the support since I could not find a phone number to call. And its so frustrating knowing that my personal information I.e. name, a ddress, phone number and worst of all my credit card info is stuck somewhere and I can't even access it! Anyone have any ideas what I should do other than continue to wait? When I sent my help message to the support Imade sure I added my email address to it in the message so in case I had typed it in wrong in the beginning they would have the proper one.

At this point all I think you can do is wait for support to answer you. Any further attempts may may things worse I fear. Sorry I don't have a clever idea but since it sounds like you let it time out before you finished I'd say all you can do now is wait.

My worst fear is the chance of the email being sent to some random person and them getting in to the account by resetting the password. I always use the same email and most places make you type it in twice to make sure you did it correctly but this one only had me enter it once so there is a slight chance I typed it in wrong that one time

I see what you are saying, lol. But it really does seem from what you described that it is MUCH more likely you allowed it to time out before you finished and are now stuck in limbo, than it being sent to the wrong email.

To Sookie, you are right about the wait when you suggested to Silverpeach. Don't worry Silverpeach, when you set up the account and the password you have created will NEVER be able to be resetted. I have tried and they don't have a such thing, even when I had an issued about maybe my stalker ex might get into my account (he forced his way to intrude into my personal info and when I knew about it, it was too late). When I wrote a concerning email with the Paste and Pay staff, they showed concern but still wouldn't do a darn thing about changing it after exchanging some number of emails. I went and retrieve some info to see if I can help give some insights to how I had set up my account, but it has been 3 years that I have signed up with them. But this was what was appointed to me and the instructions and that helped me with a smooth sail with my account activation/ setup. *Important when inputting a credit card of funding of line credit that you use VISA, they DO NOT take Mastercard, and it will reject or appear unverifiable if you try inputting Mastercard to connect a card to be used to fund your Paste and Pay account. Silverpeach, when it comes to handling personal finances, make sure you read and re-read if you catch yourself spacing out. Read it 10x times if you have to, if that's what it takes to know what you are setting yourself up for. Keep in mind 3 years ago the rules/ agreement of services could be different and may have been different now. I was sent with the instructions below at the time of activating my account on the date of 08-11-2011: Go to <a href="http://www.Pasteandpay.com" >www.Pasteandpay.com</a> and fill in correctly ALL your personal details. PasteAndPay needs to verify that it is really you who is behind your ID. Enter your correct cell phone number; you will get an SMS message on your cellular with a Four (4) digit code to activate your account with My Voucher. What happens next? Activate your Voucher account with the Four (4) digit PIN that you received on your cell phone. How do I buy my first coupon? Easy: Just go to the 'BUY VOUCHERS' section at <a href="http://www.PasteAndPay.com" >www.PasteAndPay.com</a> enter the amount that you want your coupon to have (min $20 max $100) and click continue. Now you have a coupon (voucher) ID of your own, that you can redeem at participating online merchants. The voucher has 36 characters like this: r6434b40-bbf3-4b12-8855-7was8fa43w92 I have my own coupon, how do I fund my gaming account? Go back to our casino site and go to the My Voucher and just enter the amount you wish to deposit and your voucher (coupon) ID. Just copy / paste your voucher 36 character Voucher ID . How do I buy more coupons (vouchers) the next time around? You need to upgrade your account and verify it: Email or Fax a scanned copy of your drivers license and copy of utility bill (no older than 3 months) to: email: <a href="mailto:support@pasteandpay.com" >support@pasteandpay.com</a> OR fax it to: 011 (27) 11-888-3700 Once verified, you can buy Vouchers and redeem them again with us; enter the amount you wish to deposit and your voucher (coupon) ID. Silverpeach: I didn't really needed to send in my paperworks, I remembered that I was able to use my debit card so they took out a small amount (few cents) and once I was able to verify the amount they took out ex. 0.04 cents; when filling out the rest of the verification online form to continue my verification, everything just unfolds itself and my account was free from any restrictions and ready to be used. But they are legit, and I have switched the debit card and using a Netspend card, and this is okay also. Once you verify the account, any VISA card you put onto file to use, will be free from any verification, but given that you just need to get approval and get your account the verification first. I hope this helps.-- Edited by Sookie on Monday 14th of July 2014 10:30:24 AM

I did get a answer back about 2 days after my email. I was correct in assuming it was my own error in typing my personal email address in incorrect and they fixed it. As for the MasterCard information....I actually registered my card and was able to use it last night with no problem. Then again I have used it overseas so that might be why since my bank is use to foriegn transactions.

That's wonderful news Krstal. It's good to know that they take account security seriously. Glad you can use your account as you have in the past. Thanks for the update!

I'm glad it is all worked out kk. Be careful depositing at casinos in that are in his name with payment methods that are in your name, even though they allowed the deposit, it may come back to bite you in the butt in the event of a withdrawal attempt.
