While saying that virtual casino accepts Japan, I requested the presentation of "English Fair Certificate of Identity" as a withdrawal condition.

Others are one month after presenting identification cards, but have not yet paid.

The 7 Reels rep told me that you haven't filled in any address and this is mandatory in order to have the documents reviewed.

As stated above, we cannot help with the Virtual and Raging Bull.

I am waiting to get in contact with our Bingo Knights representative, but it taking some doing.

And as stated above ... "The 7 Reels rep told me that you haven't filled in any address and this is mandatory in order to have the documents reviewed."
I cannot do anything, nor can the casino, to help if you have not filled in the paperwork properly.

She has requested information from the CS department about your withdrawal. I am waiting on her to get back to me with that.

7reel has requested withdrawal many times but can not be withdrawn by being returned to account,
I can not understand the bingo knights.

It is up to you to comply with their request in order to get paid.

I contacted Bingo Knights and sent the document already two months ago

We talked about bank wire information etc. on payment processing and mailed it to charge. There is no contact after that. 2018/02/21

There is no payment contact later on 7reel.

tomoko, I do not know what more I can do for you.

I'm told the sites are in contact with you requesting paperwork. My hands are tied. I can not fill out requested paperwork, make the casinos contact you anymore than they already have, etc.

I have to let you handle this on your own now.

I am sorry about that, but like I said, I do not know what more I can do.

Hey I've been gone a while but I wanted to check back in here with you all. I quit using Raging Bull a while back due to shady payout messes. Have they improved at all or is it still a disaster over there? I randomly got a flyer from them today trying to get me back. The two I play now or so reliable I am hesitant to use anyone else.

Hi Pizano, long time no talk to.

If you have a casino you play at that is paying out in a timely fashion, I'd play there rather than Raging Bull. From what I've read, RB is paying out, but it's taking a while still and needs a rep's help to get payments sent. Whether they are helping or not, a rep has replied to the complaints and has provided payment info for the players waiting for their withdrawals. A casino shouldn't have to have a rep handling so many withdrawal complaints. They should just pay.
