Please BELGAMO help with this: i have redeemed the 100 $ at 23 minutes at planet 23, i have made the playthrough for the first stage, because it was a multistage promotion but when i wanted to deposit today, the bonus wasn't any longer in my account, i have mailed the casino manage and Jenny Nolan, but all i have got was a vague answer and waited for almost 24 minutes in the live chat for nothing.I'm not a beggar but a bonus is a bonus, and a winning one.This is a copy and paste from the email i have sent to danny@planet23.comhi my name is xxx, my username is idumitra and i have an account with your casino since you have been a top game. it is true that i have never deposited yet in your casino.a few days ago you had  a promo with 100$ free for 23 minutes.i have won the first stage of this promo.today when i was willing to make a deposit i have noticed that i don't have this promo anymore in my account. HOW COME? I think you should relax a little, give them a little time before you start calling them rogues and whatnot. I am not a fan of Planet23 since it has become Rival. However, I don't think it's fair to start calling them a rogue because of this. Perhaps, there was a time limit on how long you had to claim the bonus, perhaps not. Just let them try to figure it out, and if they fail on their part, then come to a conclusion. With that said, we are all entitled to our opinions."

I  ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS CASINO BUT I WALKED AWAY,WASNT WORTH IT! YOU DIDNT DEPOSIT SO THEY ARE NOT STEALING FROM YOU AND RIVALS DO STATE THAT THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO STOP A PROMO AT ANYTIME. MY SUGGESTION IS TRY VEGAS REGAL OR TROPICA.I HAVE WITHDRAWN  SEVERAL TIMES,EVEN ON A ND BONUS! GL

but i think i will create a precedent and i will be the first to sue a rival casino over the terms and conditions.they are so abusive and i didn't like their attitude at all, not being to able to give a straight explanation , and what's the use of giving a bonus and take it to find out that you are bonus banned or not to have the bonus in your account.it is useless to have great promo if you stipulate in t&c's that you can have remove it at anytime.even Grand Privee Group has paid me before or Virtual Group.i have never met a situation like this before and from an entire casino no one to give you an explanation, come on it is only a casino, not a giant factory. i will expect an answer till tommorow as Cat said.

Made it to the 2nd stage also. Had to wait to deposit until today. Just checked my Planet 23 bonuses....it's gone also! Oh, well. I had fun and didn't lose anything!

job well done..makes me reconsider the casino. my problems with them is that i have never recieved cashback bonuses...they say they go out every sunday but i have never seen them. has anybody else gotten them?
