I seemed to claim it at the given address but when I went to chat after waiting the guy like 15 mins he told me it was only for the US members that registered before the ban so all US whose accounts are not locked should try

Thank you for that info nmiltche.  There is so much conflicting info anymore from casino to casino and customer support rep to customer support rep that is gets so confusing. How are we suppose to really know what is going on? 

I say this because what I was told was he told me that because I am in the US, he could not supply me with my old account number

I went off the link off here and put my riverbelle account number in and it said it was successfull so a bit of a wait and see game will let you know if it works fingers crossed kids
