forget it, I lied, that totally sucked and was a waist of my time!! (live chat reps from the web site were super great but besides that, thumbs down!!)...I downloaded the casino and went in to find a $0 balance instead of the $10 Kate had just said she'd given me!! & then the in game chat peeps were not as pleasant and were bordering on rude! ~ all done with that nonsence!
