Probleme with account

The probleme is in some casino like spin palace for example my account number does not exist?! I have talk to them in live chat and i do not exist!!! I receive by postal mail bonus to play and my account name is not exist!!!! They are mixed up a lot!!!!  I' m affraid to download other casino that i play with that they will do the same stupid thing!!!! So i anderstand that if i change my cumputer i cannot have any account?Thank you to respond me nadya431

    No , you sghould still have an account.Ihave run into similiar probelms in the past, the thing i found out was most data bases are sorted by email address.So if you had accounts om old email addresses this might be the cause.I used to change my email often, and when I get new computers would have to email thenm for account number.I would emial them rather than del with live support as alot of the live chat help is outsourced and not directly in touch with the casino management.So email them and tell them I forgot my account number. Send in all your details DOB, address, name, any email addresses it might be under when you ask for your account number. THEN and only after they send your account number ask them for your password if you have forgotten that.

    Just to confirm what Belgamo stated above, I too have had to reinstall on a new PC and did not have some accounts written down. All I had to do was call or chat with the casinos and give them the information like DOB, Address, etc and they gladly gave me my account numbers.

    hi i need a phone number or a valid email address for planet23 casino now that they are rival. i forgot my login and password and need to find out help

    Both email addresses, support@planet23.info or support@planet23.com, keep bouncing back. Phone number for the US says no operators available and there is no one in live chat."
    I sent them a message through the live chat service asking them how the heck a player is suppose to get a hold of them. "

    hey,  just want to say thanks mben.  att now i know it wasnt mistakes done on my end.  its the casino.  anyway, thanks for the help

    No problem sybilliam. I wish I would have heard from them by now and I haven't. We'll get a hold of them somehow!

    Being that tomorrow is Monday and hopefully people are getting back to work, we may be able to contact the casino rep and ask what is going on with their support.

    Per Belgamo, you do not need your old information from Top Game to get into the new Rival Planet23 casino. You are allowed to create a whole new account. There support team and info are not completely operational yet because Belgamo got a little jump on the migration. He's good like that! [​IMG] So sybiliam, have at it!
