problems with Lucky red casino

Has anyone come across this a pop up window that says it needs to install a NEW VERSION OF THE LOBBY keeps popping up. every move I make in the casino, like going to cashier or to a game it does this checking for updates action. And after that I get that pop up window, I am stuck in a loop I think . Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can stop this pop up window from comming up time and time again.Paul

i had the same problems for a while with cherry red, club world and other RTG's. it was one day or maybe two, then i tried again, and then it works without a problem

Sorry your having problems with it. I have not encountered any problems with downloading any casino, RTG or otherwise. Maybe delete your cookies and then retry again?

Humm, I never get this problem with any of RTG casino.. Maybe you got a problem in your windows registry, try to clean it with a cleaner, it may help you

I can't download this caino either. I have never had this problem with a RTG Casino before, and I have tried every little trick i kn ow. I have read in other forums that other people have the same problem!!
