Krystal, I couldn't agree with you more. One of the customer service reps, Dean, has been on top of things when I had difficulties, my fault, with one of my withdrawals and he worked on it until the job was done and the money was in my account.

I agree with this also, if you aren't already playing there, and depositing there too for that matter, why not? You can NOT go wrong with this online casino.

P.S. Jason rocks too!

This is good to see. I have been considering depositing with them. I usually only do Intertops and Jackpot Capital since they also pay out very fast. I'll add these guys to my list.

Those were that good old days at Raging Bull Casino....try getting a withdrawal now, slow, delayed and Jason acting like it is my fault for expecting them to there job.

Please anyone dealing with waiting weeks on payout like I currently am?

That is what was the best thing about Raging Bull Casino.....players need to go back and read Raging Bull's terms and VIP tire rules cause they all got changes in the last few days.

First off, this is the second payout in a row that was slower than the norm. My last payout, which came $20 short, was processed on March 6th and got it on the 18th.

This current payout was requested on March 16th. I am a GOLD VIP at Raging Bull and so pending period was still 12 hours or less two weeks ago. RBC changed their rules this last week for payouts....ask any other players and you will see that it tales a few days to get their money. So this day 9 of waiting, as I have all the emails from RBC from when the payout was authorized. Day 11 will be this Friday.

Also, Dean guaranteed I would be paid last week. Does that not mean anything at all? And Jason claimed their was screen shots that proved payment was processed and sent that I NEVER received, does that just get blown off too?

So basically, Jason will not be held accountable for anything he said on here?

I have only stated the facts on this thread, and I have proof to back up everything but I am the bad guy here.

I thought this was a section was a place to discuss issues about casinos behavior and unfair treatment of players. Raging Bull made guarantees to me, lied about screen shots that never existed to discredit what I am saying. Why not ask Jason about the screenshots, or Deans assurance of payout last week?

I apologize as I was just replying to your last post....I did not look at the thread it was in.

I did not mean to hijack anything....and yes, I belong to a few online casino forums but what is wrong with that.
