I did call yesterday and spoke to some woman. She said someone by the name of Scott sent me an email which I never received and she said he would resend it and never received that one either. They have my correct email, so I dont understand why I dont get these emails. I sent emails to support today at both Grand Fortune and Raging Bull and also to Schalk, who I spoke with alot in live chat and have heard nothing back from anyone. Seems like they just cut me off from live chat. I can get to live chat at all the other RTG Casinos , so it must not be a problem with my PC, Just wish they would answer my emails with a solution.
