Got an email from a new RTG I joined for "free" spins. OK! So, got them. Got $25.00. Now, I can't use that $25 without depositing. What next?!??!!! I just deposited a few days ago:(

Signed up thru here......Got an email for the free spin code.....used it....have to deposit to get the free spin money!
Ok, got it.

Drake Casino is the one that I see the "you must deposit in order to claim the winnings from your free spins" term all the time. I don't bother spinning them anymore. Why? I don't deposit there. (not saying no one should. I just don't play there.)

Well, it's not $$ out of your pocket but I know it's frustrating knowing some terms these casinos place on their free bonuses. But they are out to make money too.

Yea, Drake is the one I first learned of this practice. I did not read the terms in the beginning, and learned the hard way that it was the way they ran the free spins. I was so mad. Made a post on here and vented. In the end, it is what it is. Terms and conditions.

This made things clearer for me.

I assume you can't deposit $10 and pull out $25? I've heard of this practice, moreso, I thought this is what they always do on free spins: "You can't claim the funds won on bonuses without investing some of your own". No?

In most cases you can not withdraw winnings made on a free chip without first having made "at least one deposit" a.k.a "your first deposit" and its usually for purposes of verifying the account. In this case krystalkitty is saying she had already signed up, played her first free chip that she received when she signed up, then she made a deposit before claiming her second free bonus. So her first deposit had already been made.

I don't believe in any free spins...generally, my favourite one, Casumo, tries to attract people giving bonuses. But to withdraw your win, you have to win not minimum, but the whole given sum with bonuses! That drives me crazy....

When you get a spam email from casino its first signal to distrust this casino.
This is advertising just to get you in.
From another side - if you want to try something cheap or free - it's just one way to do this. So you'll be have all time some problems with dishonest casinos)
