While I was waiting for the cash out I lost the $50 verifying deposits and they still are offering me a reversal bonus promotion.....go figure.....is this why it has taken so long?They want me to play some more and lose all my money?Only a $7000 playthroughlol.

That verifying deposit is so pesky! I have lost ALOT of winning on messing with that darn verification deposit. I won't go into detail but it is shameful and enough to make you sick.

I'm going through it to . It says processing takes 2-5 days, then on the 4th or 5th day you get your verification form, takes them a day or 2 to do that, then you go to support to ask where your money is and they then say its 2-5 days from verification document approval. After that period ends they say it should be in there today or tomorrow. "

Anyhow I have 2 withdrawals pending at Vegas Sky, Club Vegas, that were approved on the March 9, which is 6 days if you take away the weekend ( they actually violated there own terms and conditions of 2-5 days processing) . I have one at Vanguard which is 6 days old and haven't even received the verification forms, support said if they needed them they would send it by email. 2 pending at 21 Grand which is only 2 days old, but on the last withdrawal I've received an email that my withdrawl was reversed twice, one yesterday and one today, I replied asking them why this is happening when I haven't requested it. "

...and then after that period ends, and you still don't have your money, you realize they have put it back into your account for you to lose. ...and then after that period ends, they suggest it must be a problem on your end, that its your bank blocking the transaction. ...and then after that period ends, they apologize and say that its was a miscommunication between the third party processors and the bank. ...and then after that period ends, you're livid and they give you a little comp bonus to appease your disgruntled ass. ...and then after that period ends, you realized you have no more periods because by now you're well into menopause ...and by this time, you've forgotten all about the money they owe you because of your Alzheimers .

I actually just got off the phone with 21 Grand casino about why my $2050 withdrawal kept getting reversed, I have a $1750 pending there also from Monday. He said it was reversed because at 21grand you can only cashout $2000 every 2 weeks. I didn't know that, so I looked it up and the $2000 per 2 weeks is in the terms. I haven't received my email for the docs either for them, it says 2 days though. Vanguard casino has been since the 9th and still haven't received the docs email, they said they would forward my chat to accounting.

I haven't received my email for the docs either for them, it says 2 days though. 

I received the email requesting my docs so I will be filling them out, sending them off and then sitting and waiting to see how long it takes to hit QT.

Well if you verification docs are going to be needed, ask for them as soon as you cash out, or better yet if plan on using ewallets , you can do it ahead of time, like as soon as you join the casino. I send my docs in ahead of time all the time, really cuts down on withdrawal periods.

I did receive mine, it was the 6th business day. There is hope I didnt like it that it took so long when this was my 5th withdraw and all others only took 2 days max. This will all get worked out and will see fast withdraws in the future.

Thanks for the info- I'll stick with Slot O Cash in the future. I haven't heard anything bad about Tradition or This is Vegas but I think I'll still stay with SlotO!
