Rockbet casino

Can anyone tell me if Rockbet casino has ever had another name?They are claiming that my address has multiple accounts with them.I find this hard to believe unless they had a different name before.

No, RockBet has never been under a different name.  I am assuming that you are asking because you have no promotions available and asked chat why you are bonus banned and that's the answer they gave you, that you had multiple accounts? That is such a generic reply it makes me sick. I got that reply at Vegas Regal recently when all of a sudden all my promotions were gone. They told me I had multiple accounts. Yeah right! What idiots! Well to be fair, it's not the casino banning players from promotions, it's coming from Rival themselves. I had asked my affiliate manager at Slots of Fortune if she could lift my ban there and she couldn't. She said that it was something Rival did and that she would ask them directly for me. Still today, I have no promos there either. But what's funny is that if you had multiple accounts at a casino, why wouldn't they just close your account and not allow you to play due to their terms and conditions instead of just taking your promos away?

Rival casino's have also done this to me not long ago. I was a good depositor at VR too.  I went to live chat, sent numerous emails, and tried everything to clear my name, all to no avail.  Same story, duplicate accounts.  Absolutley untrue.To this day, I dont understand why they would say that. I gave up on Rivals pretty much after that.                                                                                          Pam

The rockbet account was opened in March 2009, & we had no problem playing every time they offered a free chip.So when someone posted that they were giving a $100 free chip to play the new game I logged in and the account was locked.The thing is I check for free chips all the time, and when I checked about 3 weeks ago the account was fine.So why did they wait so long to lock it, maybe it was because a deposit was never made?I think their sister casinos are Vegas Days & Slots jackpot casino.I have a account at both of them and there's has been no problem with those two.They even give me free chips & I do deposit at these two.I have checked all email accounts and there is only one account creation confirmation from Rockbet or any Rival casino.I always keep these types of emails for reference.So someone at Rockbet is not telling me the whole story.

apg, what is your username at RockBet. I will have the manager look at your account and tell us why you are locked out. That may be something they can fix unlike the unbanning of promotions.

Rivals are killing their own selves, bonus banning, limited betting on certain slots, cashout problems, max cashout on bonuses that some are so rediculous its not funny,the customer has no edge at rivals anymore. "

If you want bonuses don't dare cashout, because they'll take them away. I used to get bonuses at all of them until I made a cashout and then all their sister sites bonus banned me also. The only casinos that I cashed out at and am still able to get bonuses are Grand21, black diamond, but like I said I don't deposit very often with rivals anymore."

I totally agree they are killing themselves.  I can'teven remember the last time I deposited at a Rival and I use to be the biggest Rival player out there. (well, I don't know that for sure but you know what I'm saying) If I quit depositing and you quit depositing tking, I'm sure there are many others like us who have quit Rival also. Can't they see this happening? Or is it not affecting them like we think it is?

Yes, same here. Like I stated above, after they accused me of duplicate accounts, and took away my bonuses, I pretty much gave up on Rivals. I always felt like I had to defend myself to them.  Yet, I am the customer, and should be treated as such.  I never really had a decent experience in live chat that I remember.  They were always in a hurry to rush me off, without answering my questions.  That was another reason I lost faith in Rivals.                                                                                         Pam
