Ruby Slots Cashout Issue

I won $22,500.00 from Ruby Slots and after sending in documents requested, I get emails saying my payout has been declined. They won't return my calls, the site doesn't load for me. I have deposited so much money in the past few months but they don't want to pay me without explanation it seems.

Just curious, what is the reason for the decline? Was there any reason given at all?

We don't deal with Ruby Slots much, at least I don't hear of it much by players.

With that said, I will leave it up to the admin to reach out to you, if they feel they might be able to do anything for your situation.

That is why I wanted to know what the reason for the decline was. That will likely be her first thought as well.

I have called them several times and they keep saying they are so busy and someone will get back to me. The site won't load and they say their servers are down due to the storm in Costa Rica. I have gotten no explanation yet. I did use a bonus coupon but it said no max cashout and no playtthough.

A while back I even had someone from their casino call me and take deposits from my card when it wouldn't go through on their site. They gladly took all my deposits but they don't want to pay me my earned winnings.

Okay so I just got off the phone with a customer service rep and they said once my documents have been reviewed, I should get 100%. I've lost years off my life with worry though and I won't believe it until I see it in my bank.

Can you let me know once they review the docs and if you have issues after that before I look for the rep? Thanks.

Oh and hang in there. We all know how you feel. Even with lesser amounts. ;)
