Recently I have been receiving emails from Simon Says stating that I am now a VIP Member. I have made Lord status. The perks include free loyalty chips, various bonus promos and the ability to flush my account during the withdrawal process. A couple of weeks ago a fellow member was trying to cash out a large amount but could not get into contact with the casino to request the flush out. The phone # to the casino was not working, chat was not answering and emails were not replied to. It took about 3-4 days to get any response from them. The withdrawal was made successfully eventually but it took about 7 or so days.I want to tell you that I managed to hit that cashout button in the amount of $400 from my free $15 loyalty chip this morning. I called to request the flush out but the number still is not working. I sent them an email and went to chat. After about 15 minutes of waiting for an operator, I got the flush out and got a reply to my email right afterwards saying it was flushed. I will let you know when I receive my $$ and hopefully things have been corrected as far as the cashing out time it has been taking lately at some of the Rival casinos.Simon Says Casino
