Times have changed in this business since I started out. Used to be that most of the casinos were slow as molasses in January paying its players. It was just the way it was, and you had to accept it.
Not anymore! Excellent casinos do exist with quick payout times. As I always say, a good forum is key to having a successful time while playing online. They have much info and help if needed to point the player in the right direction as far a good casino vs bad casinos go when they start out playing.

Just the other day I got a PM from a new player and they had deposited at a casino, and the first thing I said to myself was "Why oh Why did you choose there?" Sure enough they were having serious cashout issues. A good forum to belong to would of likely pointed the new player in the right direction as far as what casino to choose. Good vs bad.

Oh Josh, it has always been gray area when it comes to online gambling in the US. No one knows the details of the legalities.
