well this was an email received by a forum member that they posted not one from this forum itself ....so maybe try sending a pm to  <a href="forum.spark?aBID=89469&p=20&memberID=1182045" title="xedor">xedor</a> since he posted it and ask how long it took or what he did to claim his spins...and of course you can always contact casino support and see what they saysorry im not any more help
