The Bellagio Casino/Hotel in Las Vegas has followed suit as the Tropicana, Wynn Las Vegas, Stratosphere and the Plaza. They have gone through the first phase of a $70 million renovation of 500 rooms that re located in their main tower. By the end of the year, the Bellagio plans on have renovating over 2500 rooms in that tower. This is the first renovation of the main tower since 2004. The hotel suites and spa tower are not part of this phase being that they were remodeled in 2007. There are three different color combinations which include butterscotch and amber, plum and tea green, and indigo and silver. The rooms are running $20 - $30 more than the rooms that have not been redone in the main tower. They start around $209 per night for the months of August and September.Looks like a great time to check out (or in) to the Bellagio and see what a $70 million makeover looks like.
