You've asked for it,so here it is. This spaghetti sauce is NOT CHUNKY ! Saute some grated onions, in Olive Oil (Forgot the exact amount of the onions) In your sauce pan add 36 oz of tomato paste 36 oz water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 Teaspoon pepper 1-Quart of chicken broth tablespoon of chicken base 3/4 cup grated romano cheese add in sauted onions Bring to SLOW boil , stirring with FLAT END of spautla . VERY IMPORTANT !!! DO NOT LET sauce stic to bottom pan , stir regulary Reduce boil to simmer, simmer a few hours When sauce is done add 1 TEASPOON sugar- A MUST!! For big batches as I do, multiply accordingly, Sauce will freeze well for 6 months
