I was shocked that they took US players - when I finished the registration, I got the message:
  • PromotionalBonusID | Promotion code is not active
Oh well, nothing ventured - nothing gained!

Here is what that TopBet site answered me about my withdrawal. I think that is a total bull crap. So no meter how much you will with their free no deposit bonus you can only withdraw $90. That’s crazy.

Dear Jeffrey,

Thank you for your request.

Please take into consideration that you have played with $30 free welcome bonus with max payout $90, the minimum payout you can request is $150, so you need to make a purchase which equals the difference in between those amounts and wager it x1 before requesting a payout.

Please take into consideration that we can proceed with the approval of the documents sent after the 1st successful purchase.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Sincerely,
Erica Baker

profitallo, why does your message from TopBet say it's coming from Slots Empire?

So the max payout is 3 times the bonus. I wonder if that's standard on all their free bonuses. In that case, I'd play one that had a higher max cashout. Like the $100 freebie. $100 x 3 = $300. That would meet the minimum payout. But I hear what you're saying.

No. So this what happened. I got my $30 free and I won almost $600. Then after I played through the wager it dropped to $90. So then I played with that $90 and won about $255. I decided I’m going to withdraw that amount. Now they saying that I can only withdraw $90 and I have to deposit first to even withdraw that $90. That’s sounds like a run around scam to me.

Yeah, setting the max cashout on a freebie to be anything less than what their minimum overall cashout amount is does seem scammy. Have you ever deposited there?

I do know that there are many casinos that say you must make a deposit in order to cashout from a free chip. (freebie max cashout and min over cashout amount aside.) So the chip was free, but in order to collect winnings you must make a deposit. (They didn't lie. The chip was free. lol) I'm not saying that this is your issue with TopBet. Just saying it because there are many times when deposits must be made to cashout on a freebie.
