Lots of changes have been happeninng quickly for American casino players. Looking for your thoughts about what you are doing with the closure and cutting off of the ability to play at so many US facing online casinos. Are you Stiill playing? What casinos are you still playing at?

Hi Belgamo....The only place I have been depositing is Bet on Soft casinos at this time.  I like the fact they have the check option.  Bypass the banks, and hope for the best.Their customer service leaves a bit to be desired, but I know people are getting paid thru them right now, and that is what is important to me.As many people are ...I spend more time in the land casino than online right now. It used to be the other way around. :weird:                                                                               Pam

I had a little unwanted head start dealing with this than most of you. My credit card companies wouldn't allow their use at any of these places, so my only deposit options were eWalletXpress and prepaid debit cards. eWalletXpress went away quite a while ago and the prepaid debit card companies cracked down when pressed by the Feds, not allowing their use outside the US.I've spent most of the last 6-8 months treading water - playing the freebies and the freeroll tournaments, but no deposits. I've found that I don't miss it all that much - it should all be nice and fresh by the time it all does come back.... and I am convinced that online gaming will come back in the near future. There are too many very smart people and too much money involved for a solution NOT to be found. My guess is that the Feds will set up some kind of a processing company that US players will be obligated to go through. This will allow the Feds to track all of the money coming and going....oh, and it also gives them the capability to tax the crap out of it! :thumb:

Not anymore. Minimum deposits are going up and deposit options are very limited. I don't even know about withdrawal. I never even came close to cashing out. I personally would rather go to a land base casino. I know they will pay me If I win and I've won plenty. Online Casino.... NADA!

Haven't played anywhere yet except with freebies from the reputable RTG's. Of course, no money to either. LOL

Hate to say it but I would be ok with that if we could just  play legally without        all the hassle

I have been playing at Winpalace...using my debit card...haven't played in 3 weeks, so I will let you know when I play again... I did plan on playing at 21 dukes...I spoke to live chat and they take the visa..so when I get payed next Friday I will let you know....I just know USA is Not Good Ol Usa any longer..I don't mind if they tax online gambling, but I feel we should spend our hard earned money They way we want to...They just want a cut of it, because financially the gov owes how many trillions because of the war ?? They will never get out of debt in my opinion..they went in way over their heads and We are suffering ..If Obama give Amnesty to the 13MILLION IMMIGRANTS...We won't have an America anymore...this is my opinion....

Are most of the on line casinos US owned and just operated off shore or in other countries (or so called Countries) ?For example who owns GO group - Eh Group (Vegas Tech), etc......Does any one know this?

I can tell NOT ONE is owned or operated in the USA. They are all to scared to. Vegas techs are operarted by management and owners in canada with servers in costa rica. Costa rica, isreal, malta, canada, The UK, cyprus , gibraltor and the Uk are big as far as were the casinos are cyberly loacted.

For me the withdrawal process is scary. It has bee 2 weeks since my Random Jackpot win at High Noon. My first withdrawal  for 4,000.00  was done by ACH and approved on May 3rd. First they said it would reach my bank within 5 working days, then I received an email saying that it could be 7-10 days or longerI have not received that yet. I did the second withdrawal by check, they said that it would take 5-7 working days before I receive that. I also have a withdrawal at Cherry Red that was approved on May30th and have not received that either. Received an email saying that it will take longer than usual, but not to worry, I will receive my winnings. Also one from Rushmore coming. After loosing 2 of my withdrawals with QT I am really sitting on pins and needles here. I have cashed out at all  3 of these casinos before and have received my winnings, but it has never taken this long. hopefully I will see some of these winnings this week.
