Virtual Casino Group : Cirrus, SOV, ClubPlayer, Virtual, Prisim, Party City, Palace of Chance, etc. It seems that this group has changed its policy on free chips and no longer allows a player to redeem a free chip unless they have made a deposit. The new free chips that have been published since April 17 can not be redeemed. If anyone has any information on this matter please publish.

So they have added something to the software that does not allow a free chip to be claimed unless the last transaction was a deposit, snb? If this is the case, that's interesting and I wonder why it took them so long to fix it. It sucks for players who just like claiming free chip after free chip to kill time but it will clear up so much on the casino end as far as not having to deny so many cash out requests from players who are not eligible but try anyway.

OK, not sure why your code didn't work, but I just redeemed one at Club Player, and don't think I've ever deposited there. I'm positive the last thing I did there, was a free chip. Sorry you are having troubles snb6448.

Can't redeem at Club Player, but was able to at POC and SOV! Never deposited at either!
