what to do about bonus ban

i have been bonus banned at several rival casinos cause my friend one day had her laptop at my house and signed up herself for a few casinos. therefor she had used my i.p. address , i was not aware that was a foul far as the casinos are concerned. i just spoke to c.s. and they basically said tough ban stands. i always follow the rules and think this is very unfair. does any one know if theres anything i can about this or am i just screwed ? this was c.s. convo. My suggestion is to email the casino managers and explain the situation to them. They can do more for you than the customer support reps can but may not reverse their decision. It's worth a shot though.

Oh dear this sounds like a problem. What if someone stole your wireless and was playing casinos using it? That IP address is bs. What if I signed up while staying at a hotel? I do that all the time. How many thousands of people do the same? What if I signed up at the airport on thier wireless. This is rediculous.

I think if you had promotions in the cashier one day and the next it says no promotions available then you are pretty much bonus banned. That's how I know anyway.

Im with mben- you guys need to start by emailing the managers of the casinos you guys are bonus banned at."
support cant do anything about it,"
and at rivals(which is what it sounds like you guys are talking about)"
they will usually tell you what it was that got you banned(if you email the managers i mean)-dont expect live chat to tell you,"
and they will tell you what you need to do to get your bonuses back."

well i did just that and so far i've received 3 responses stating im sh _ _  out of luck. only 1 i.p. address per account. so that means anyone using a wireless router thats not secured can be banned.

Wow that is so crazy... we cant help it if someone uses our wireless connections. Maybe these casinos will change there minds when they start losing out on deposits from players that are bonus banned.

first off let me start by saying i have had the mis fortune of chatting with susan twice before about an issue with me making playthru but being unable to withdraw this was before my qt was set up. She was plain out rude.I tried to get a copy of my chat with her but for some reason it wasnt emailed .All i can say is gl and im not banned but i will stand with you guys if need be. yu all are correct the situation isnt fair and the rules need to change especially for the wireless
