Winward Casino has been one of my favorite Top Game sites due to the friendly support, and the amount of freebies between deposits. Their deposit bonuses are not as big but I thought that might mean the odds were a little better. After numerous deposits and free chips that did not make playthrough, finally, I made playthrough and w/d for $3000 on a $25 deposit. WOW!!!!This week, being week 3 after submitting the w/d, I have now jumped through all hoops known to man!!! Monday I got an email saying my acct. had been selected for a random security audit--to make sure all my docs. are in order, and my w/d will be processed on the next Monday, WEEK 4!!!!!The not so friendly anymore support has assured me this is routine and my w/d should be processed first thing next Monday! Needless to say I am rethinking my love of Top Game!!!If you have any luck with them, I hope yours is better than mine!!
