Arabian Tales Slot Review

“One Thousand and One Nights” is the story of King Shahryar who killed his wife after learning she had been unfaithful. He then vowed to marry a different woman each night before killing her the next morning to prevent being betrayed ever again. He did this for many years until he married Scheherazade, who devised a plan for her survival which consisted of her telling Shahryar a different story every night but stopping the story in the middle so that she may live to finish it the next night and begin a new story. She went on with this plan for 1,001 nights, until Shahryar had a change of heart. She told stories such as “Aladdin’s Lamp” and “The Voyages of Sinbad the Sailor” to name a few.

There, now that we all know the story, let’s talk about the game shall we?

I think Arabian Tales captures the essence of  “One Thousand and One Nights” and all the stories within it beautifully. In addition to your typical slot symbols 9 through A, Arabian Tales features images of Shahryar and Scheherazade as well as magical flying carpets and the like. Special symbols consist of Aladdin – which is the symbol that triggers the Free Spins Bonus, Aladdin’s Magical Lamp – this symbol is the Expanding Wild, Ali Baba – which appropriately, is the Jackpot Icon and a Bengal Tiger serves as the Scatter. 3, 4 and 5 of the Aladdin Icons will award you 12, 25 and 50 Free Spins with a 3x multiplier respectively. I was lucky enough to land 4 of these symbols the first time which gave me 25 Free Spins that happened to re-trigger themselves on the very first one! What more could I have possibly wished for? (See what I did there?)

Aladdin’s Magical Lamp, the game’s Expanding Wild has a 2x multiplier and will expand to fill the whole reel wherever new wins are possible which could prove quite helpful in getting 5 Ali Baba symbols on a winning payline to secure the magical 2,500 coin Jackpot. The Expanding Wild however does not substitute for the Scatter.

I think this 5 reel 50 line video slot is terrific fun with spectacular entertaining graphics that capture the spirit of the ancient stories represented in this new game. This game definitely has the potential for for some truly big wins. Head to your favorite Rival Powered casino to try Arabian Tales for yourself. Let the adventures begin!
