Another issue w/another website regarding MY money!!

Man, this has been a forgettable month. I have grown to dislike & distrust several online "gaming" websites, and host sites. I'll get into it at another time, and perhaps another forum, but the short of it all is that I've been told by some "clerk" where I live (a veiled threat & horrible mistake on "Rose's" part), was denied a win due to a misinterpretation of a singular or plural definition of a word in iNetBet's T&C, got denied (along with everyone else at BetOnline) a chance to win $100, hit 2-pair, Ace kicker (which tied the dealer due to the community cards on the table) on Casino Hold 'em @ ___________ but was denied a HIGH double digit win (in fact, I lost) due to an incredibly anti-player rule that says dealer can use the Ace kicker on the board, player must use the kicker in his hand (which happened to be a King for me), and then yesterday, I was told by BankrollMob that even though I have accumulated all these points, I cannot cash out with them. Not because I did something wrong, but because less than 1 month ago, they decided to stop partnering w/NetTeller (the only options for USA located members of theirs to cash-out), and instead of allowing me other options that several other BRM members have suggested, I'm told,
"Regarding Neteller, I just checked with management and for the time being, neteller will not come back. There's simply too often problems with them. That's not to say it will never come back, but for now it will be removed as a cashout option so people don't expect it to return in the near future."
Hmm...ok so why didn't these morons post something to try and deter USA members from accumulating "MobPoints" so that they could cash-out, or whatever? Not only am I unable to get MY earned money from them, but they have wasted my time, and there is still NO warning posted anywhere to USA members about this issue.
Anyway, I'm not fighting the world here. I want my money from BankrollMob and the only way that I know how to get it is to find someone on a LEGITIMATE site, like NDF, that uses Skrill, and hopefully be able to "borrow" their email address. That's all that I know how to do, and I have several other sites that I can post at, but I wanted to bring this here 1st. @ BankrollDumb, you're not allowed to post email address publicly, and there's no way to privately send someone contact info either. Not sure if that's also the case here, and I do understand that, ultimately, this is NOT NDF's problem, but I came here 1st b/c if this issue can be worked out, I'm offering a kick-back to someone/anyone that can help me, and I've grown to respect this site, and it's members/mods. I'm not talking about major money that's owed to me, but $60 is $60 that I earned @ BankrollIdiot, and it feels no different than just flat-out being stiffed right now, and I've just about had enough of these sites this month making any and every excuse they can. I took a $35 deposit bonus @ Slotastic, ran it up to $250, cashed-out in 3 days, and they said, "Thank you for your business". I entered a Twitter contest twice @ Jazz Sportsbook, and won it both times consecutively, and not once did they say, "well, you just won so we can't pay you again", so they paid off both times, and I came close (with help from a few other members) to finding the 2 mods here in last month's "Where Are We" contest, but didn't exactly nail them down exactly....and they still paid me. Those 3 instances have happened in the last month-ish also, so I know they are good business dealings out there, and bad, and it's not just about me being unlucky. Some places are truly, truly just not trying to do the right thing.
Sorry for the rant, but I felt like it was necessary to lay it all out this way. Please help (if you can). What I actually need to know is if I'm allowed to "survery" members here (by postings) as to whether they deal w/other cash-out methods offered by BankrollJoke, i.e. Skrill, and if so, am I then allowed to engage into a conversation with them regarding a resolution on my behalf, which may require exchanging semi-personal info.?

I'm going to simplify my interpretation of your post. I don't understand who the "clerk", "Rose", "BankrollMob" are, and probably don't need to so I am going to condense it down.

1. You lost out on some winnings due to a term at iNetBet.

That is something that cannot be "fought". If it's in the terms, NDF does not go to bat since we wouldn't have a leg to stand on so to speak. I am not saying that you are asking for help with that, I'm just saying.

2. You need to get your money (accumulated points you are able to cash out), but cannot because you have no cash out option available to you.

No Deposit Forum would like to think we offer a service, an avenue, a way that our members can ask for and get help other than just being a casino bonus forum. That would include trying to help getting winnings from sites. We have been that service for just that in the past. So it's okay to ask by posting. I can't condone members PMing other members asking though. (NOT saying you did, saying it just so it's out there.)

With that said, you might want to post a simple request for assistance and your offer in a separate thread. (Don't post personal account numbers, email addresses, etc. That can be done in PMs between you and whomever helps you.) But please know that if you end up getting help from a member of NDF, No Deposit Forum is in no way liable for anything that might/could go wrong between the two of you.

3. NDF is one of your three instances regarding "good business dealings" recently. That's because we rock! ;)

Hey, Mben.
1. I totally understand, and just you know, I was merely just venting there, & including that as part of the narrative that it's been a very strange 4 - 8 weeks for with online gaming. :) I'm actually already in touch w/Steven over @iNetBet anyway, about the veiled threat from "Rose". Everything else has been ironed out, and while I agreed w/Steven that this ruling in question is part of their T&C, he has also submitted that he understands my position on the interpretation. That's where we have left that. I have decided to no longer give iNetBet my endless, deep pockets of casino losses. :D So, technically both iNetBet & me are losers. Ha! This "Rose" situation is another deal altogether, but as I said, he's already investigating it for me.
2. You are exactly correct in your interpretation of what I said. "Bankroll Mob", in case you don't know, is a site just like this, where you can earn money doing various things. Pretty much just like you guys. Unfortunately, even though they accept USA members, they do not offer (as of 3 weeks ago) an avenue for USA members to collect their earnings. So, that's how all that it tied together....in a simplistic form. And, yes, I totally understand that no one but me is liable here. If I find help, and get ripped off, that's on me. At this point, I've basically been "stiffed" anyway, so there's nowhere to go but up, and if I can't get there, then I'm in no worse shape than I am now. With that being said, would my "request" and "offer" NDF post be posted in the general discussion forum or elsewhere?
3. You are correct, and that is why I felt like I could come back to you gals, and see if there's a way to get this done. I've been in gambling/gaming for 27 years. I know that if you're in a position of management/leadership in this thing, there is absolutely no way that things don't get worked out for all parties involved. It says alot to me when places like NDF & Jazz do whatever it takes to keep customers happy, and places like iNetBet & BetOnline resort to threats (iNetBet) or completely drop the ball without apologizing (BetOnline). I mean, even Bovada went down for 20 minutes prior to Super Bowl kickoff. But, they gave everyone $10 because of it, regardless if you tried to get in or not. I was 1 of them that didn't try and get in. Got $10 anyway. Point is, if companies want to do the right thing, they do. If they don't, they figure there's dozens more suckers out there anyway. No integrity. That's why I'm here asking for your help. :yourock:

So, thanks for the advice, and I'll just wait and submit my post until you've let me know where I should put it at. Thanx!

I like to think that I'm a pretty smart/savvy guy, but I have close to no idea what you are trying to say/ask for here! :bonk:

I get that you won and weren't paid at some point - welcome to my world! Not going to be popular with the "gals", but the majority of the online casinos are nothing more than a means of entertainment. Getting your winnings has always been problematic at best for me. There is is almost always something in the T&C that will void your chances of collecting - I get it. These sites are in this game to make as much money as they can. Occasionally, a site will appear that not only appears legit, but actually pays out wins. If you happen to win AND they are an actually legit site, you have a decent chance of collecting your winnings.

Good luck with your quest Don Quixote! :thumb:

A lot of his post was venting.

The part that pertains to NDF that he is asking if he allowed to ask for help from our members to collect on points he can cash out somewhere that he has no cashout option.
