atlantis gold casino still pending after 11 days

Well this being the 15th business day (21 regular days) since it was approved it still says flushed in the cashier and no money in my hand. Wow 46 days so far since I requested the withdrawal. I'm bummed and very pissed right now. So much for their trust and honesty. They can't even keep their word.

You read the email reply cspope received. Your cashout is probably in that mess too. I can't get any answers since the rep is out of town right now. Keep us informed though so if by the time she gets back and you still don't have your money, I can contact her again for you.

The rep has replied back since this morning's email and she is still waiting for an update from Operations because she just get back into the office today. She asks for your continued patience while she gets the information you both need. "
I know at this point, showing patience is difficult and I am sorry.

The rep replied overnight that she is waiting for Operations still and that she is in constant follow up with them to have this resolved. Rest assured that they'll be handled accordingly. "
I have suggested to Belgamo (our forum administrator) that we suspend their group for the time being until all payout issues are resolved. I don't feel comfortable at all promoting them if they cannot pay their customers."
As soon as I hear more, I will let you know.

ty MBEN. I think that's a good idea also. I wish these casinos would understand that withdrawal time is one of the most, if the not the most important factors in keeping a constant customer base. Maybe one day they will quit blaming the processor (sometimes it is, but this case I don't think it is) and look in the mirror.

 There are tons of bad casinos that could careless about time frames and whether they ever pay a player.It is up to you to check the place your playing.  It takes me 2 second to pull up this casino and make the immediate decision of not playing there.

I remember awhile back when club world had processor issues ( but they cleared it up quick) it took awhile ( 3 weeks) to get my withdrawal. Somebody has to be the fall guy before we all find out their true colors."
As for pulling up the casino and deciding not to play their. I think atlantis gold looks like a typical betonsoft casino to me. Heck Winaday and slotlands lobbys aren't all that great, but they re a great casino. Besides I've seen quite a few slick looking casinos that promise everything but deliver nothing. "

Yeah no reason for me to beat around the bush so very simply put do research on casinos.  I see way too many people here that like to play bad casinos.  Gambling is suppose to be entertainment, not stressful.  Stressing on whether your going to get paid or not is not entertainment. When I talk about doing research it mean searching for them online and seeing complaints, not whether the casino has cool games or not.I have seen other rogue casinos listed in the directory in this forum, so regardless of whether its listed here or not you still need to research. Clubworld is one of the few good ones.  They haven't had a problem in a very long time but I do recall a time they did.  You can get a withdrawal back from them in about a week. So yes indeed my post is intended to make you think about where you play.

 Thank you tking1 for understanding that we had no intention of promoting a casino that performs this poorly. I believe this casino group is dangerously close to losing their spot on our forum but right now we are focused on helping the members we have with cashouts pending.LOL - as far as being out of line, no worries, you're fine and spoke your mind respectfully.And as far as No Fool is concerned he can come across a bit abrasive but he means well.

It's a reply that they sent you and since there is nothing new that she sent me, your payment is still being worked on it looks like. still being worked on is in reference to the 2 other members who are having issues and seem to be getting somewhere with theirs. yea I received that last week, it will be 2 months in a day or two since I requested the cashout. If it was resent our cashouts should have been processed before the problem occurred. Recent must mean something different to them.

cspope, I would say they're stalling. It wouldn't surprise me if they say that they have the wrong info for me also.

opened up the atlantis gold cashier today and it said processed, yesterday it said flushed. I used paymycard. It hasn't showed up in my account yet so I'm still not sure if I trust that it will in a day or two. i'll let you know. I know club world group took about a day to show up after it said processed via paymycard.
