Still no check [RESOLVED]

Hi I cashed out at red stage casino 15 days ago it went to payment I never received a tracking number which I always do in 1 to 2 days then the check is their by the next day this is how its been with all the wgs casinos I have never had a problem until now this is my biggest ckeck from them to date I have contacted them on many times for a tracking always told will get me on or some tell me they cannot because to much time has passed I contacted fedex and was told without a tracking number they cannot help me not sure what is up just hope you can help thanks stallions

Hey stallions, your case was forwarded to finance, but our rep does not think they will hear back until after Christmas.

Hi Mben , Good news whatever was done worked they cut a new check today got my tracking number checked it and its 2 thirds here to be here by 4:30 tomorrow . Thanks so much you rock girl

I did hear back from the rep, but things must have happened after he sent me his email.

The only thing that is important for you to know from it is this. "When he first contacted us, he was still within the time frame to receive a check. He was lucky to receive previous payments in less than the regular time, which is 7 to 10 business days. " So just keep that in mind when you cashout again.
