qot a question all if anyone knows please answer my friend won at prime casino 7500.00 and its been 3 days now since they have not taken the money for processing she is telling me she said she talk to them and all they would say is it takes time to reverse 48 hours but its been 72 since she has never won a big amount she wants to know is there a chance they r not going to payout since she only deposted 25 dollars to win that amount it does seem strange anyone out there know anything thanks

I dont have any experience with Prime casino, as I am from the USA, and I believe you are talking about the one from Microgaming, is that correct?Have they taken the money for processing yet?  48 hrs is a  standard waiting  period. This I know. They do not include weekend days in that, so if the withdrawl request was on a weekend, those days dont count towards it.Hopefully your friend follwed all the terms and conditions associated with the casino.  It is not unheard of to win alot of money of a small deposit.  Did she take a bonus?  If so, did she compete the playthru?Keep us up to date.Sorry I couldnt be more helpful this time.  Wishing your friend the best of luck on her withdrawl.                                                                                       Pam

pam thanks for the reply as for she did depost 25 dollars and she got 100% match the playthrough was gone before she even withdrew the money it was micorgaming and yes it was taken out on a sunday so i guess that is what is taking so long now its in processing she told me but i thought the playthrough was just to get rid of there money and it lets you know how much you can withdraw i could be wrong but i will let you know if she gets her money keep your figers crossed and it was won on 25 dollars she won on a 180 spin on break da bank
