Cleos Vip Room and My New Hemoroid

Wow... so sorry to hear Cleos is still have processor problems. I put in for a withdrawal of $1500 yesterday. I have heard nothing yet...not even directions on what to do. My last one took over a month. I put in for it on October 14, 2013 and finally receive it on November 18, 2013...with the help of these moderators. I sincerely hope that I can get it a little sooner this time just have to wait and see.

Finally got a response from support.  They sent the documents and I returned them.  Last post was yesterday they stated they had received everything and it was in good order...I would be hearing from them soon.  Last time I did this it took two weeks to hear from them...so just wait and see what happens from here???

 If they just told you your documents were accepted, yes wait is all you can do for at least the next two weeks.Please keep us updated. :thumb:

The rep apologizes for the delay as they ran into yet another issue with the payments but says it is being sorted out as we speak and all should be back to normal very soon. For those of you who are waiting for checks, your patience is appreciated since they know they have issues and are dealing with them.

I did get the tracking number and guess what. It doesnt work...I shows no such number in the system. I have email support of the issue. Sure hope this isnt another problem that is going take longer. Thanks for your help tho you guys rock. :)

Well today I was sent an e-mail stating I needed to send copies of old credit cards I used in the last three months and also use my vs points??? Do you know if that's a requirement for a cash-in? I never had to do that the last time or we coming up with new rules? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for your help...

I can see them asking for copies of other CC's used but was the request for you to use your VS points a suggestion or a you must ? I know I've read that VS points expire at some time. Like after a year of your first purchase of them or something like that. Maybe yours are set to expire, Laupat? I don't know for sure about that though. Just thinking out loud.

I can't find it anymore in their t's and c's so maybe they did away with it.

I just spoke with support and explained that the card I used was a bank debit card. The previous two cards they requested copies of were stolen and lost so the bank issued me a new card each time that happened. The present card i used to purchase chips was the one I won on...and now I am requesting the cash-in they have a copy of it. I don't know why they would need the other cards??? I never won with any transactions I made with those cards. They then asked if the bank had any documents with the other card numbers on it and I doubt they do because those numbers were probably distroyed because of those cards being lost or stolen. This is getting complicated! Anyway the support person told me he would take it to those in charge and explain to them what I had told him. I certainly hope this is not another delay in getting my cashin. As far as VS points nothing more has been said about that..so I will wait until next week and see what else they come up with??? I also do not understand why it took them 7 days to request these other cards...strange.

 Laupat so sorry that you are having to deal with all that and it's unfortunate that your cards were stolen, but that is not an unusual request or delay tactic.As a matter of fact its pretty standard for casinos to request a copy of every card you have ever used when verifying your documents, whether the withdrawal you are requesting was won with a deposit made from them or not.I just received a new bank card because my other one expired and I made certain to put the expired one away instead of destroying it because I know when I send my documents in they will be asking for it.You should be able to request something from your bank, maybe even if its just a letter saying something to the effect that the other cards had been reported stolen? But the bank should have records of those cards.Let us know what those in charge had to say.

I just don't understand why this time they requested all the cards I used...when back in October 2013 they accepted the one card and never requested any others and there were others used. If they have rules for cashins then all those rules need to be posted. It seems to me they keep making them up as they go along just to delay paying anything out. I have notified my bank and ask for information on passed debit cards I have been issued. I don't know if I will get anything I have a small county bank and it not well known. So they have rules they go by and they consider these bankcards belonging them and I don't know if they will share any informtion with me or not??? However whatever answer I receive I will send to CLeo support and hope for the best.

 Ok, well I guess I know what you are saying about the card being their property, if you look on the back of any debit card it says it is the property of the issuing financial institution.But that's not really what we are talking about here. That statement on the back of the card is referring to the actual physical card itself. And your cards are both gone (lost/stolen) and reported as such, and once you reported them they were canceled.But you are not asking for the cards that belong to the bank you are asking for records that those cards were associated with your account. Now your account and the records of your accounts are not the banks property .I'd be interested to know what they tell you.

The accounting department at the bank stated that they would send me statements on the two previous cards...and the purchases that were made. However they do not show those card numbers on the statements so that would be extra work for them and they would have to charge me for the extra statements. So I ask for an e-mail sent to me stating what was just said so I could send it on to Cleos. The person I spoke with just did not seem to want to do that...why I don't know. I did send some of my statements where I used those cards to Cleos as requested...but they do not have those card numbers on them however I got an e-mail from Cleos they had got my copies and would get back to me if they needed anything else. So who knows what happens next??? Just wait and see...:crossed:

:thumb:Well alot happened today...support has said they have accepted my documents. But I needed to spend some of my VS point because they have accumlated to over 37 thousand...so I spent some. Now I guess I will wait again and see where we go from here. As far as VS points expiring in the rules it does state that if not used they will expire in a year from the time they are rewarded. So.... when I receive my cashin still remains to be seen.

But at least they accepted your docs! You are half way there! Cleo's DOES pay but don't expect to see it for at least 3 weeks.

 yes I did and I am planning a trip to Vegas next month. It took just over a month total to get my check but it did come in on Tuesday.
