fax documents

for my recent vr win documents are needed.I faxed docs on 2-7-10 to vr just incase i win and now that i have won i have to fax them again go figure.I know this is standard procdure but its hard when you dont have a fax machine and it costs to fax papers.i would complain but whats the point. The casino will winso im off to fax papers today.

You should only have to fax them 1 time. Did you get confirmation the 1st time you faxed them? I faxed them at one time and they never received them. They recommened I scan and email them. Of course, I don't have a scanner so never bothered to fax them again.

OK  guys ...lol....i know this one.So  i had my documents accepted at VR  and had cashed out a few times,then a while ago i won off a $10 free chip and when i went to cash out they wanteddoc's again.Not only did they want the whole fax back form they already accepted...they wanted copies of the 2 credit cards i had made the last 3 deposits with  (even though i never cashed out on any of those deposits, i was just trying to cash out on the free $10 chip)I asked them is this something i will have to do every time i want to cash out now?They said yes whenever you deposit with a credit card.That still didnt make any sense to me though since it was a free chip i was cashing out.Anyway i sent the docs and got my cash out, but im not going to deposit there again using a credit card.Im only depositing using quicktender and playing the free chips so i dont get asked for docs again.

its all so funny to me im not bashing vr or rivals but i do deposit with qt and i withdrew to my qt account i wish they would make it this hard to deposit incase some 1 under aged tries to play instead of waiting till some 1 withdraws oh well no more deposits 4 me for a while.i followed every step but im still not going to get it without doing it againim not mad though just smh(shaking my head) that it would take 2 days to tell me i need to fax docs again i hate waiting but i have no choice the casino always wins 1 way or the other will not reverse though (probaly what they want)
