got unregistered at golden casino free tounament

has this happened to anyone?  i was in 20th place yesterday in the free 5 reel wheel of chance tournament, but when i logged on today i'm not even registered, adn registration is now closed?!  and, of course, live support may as well be pronounced DOA!!

This had happened to me, too....at both Golden Casino and Online Vegas. I tried to go to live chat to address the problem but, of course, no one was there. Perhaps there's a problem with their software or something else?

I had trouble registering for the Sumo tourney at both Golden and Online Vegas; then I noticed that there were over 13 THOUSAND people registered!! Think maybe the server was a tad bit busy?
