Grande Vegas Casino and cashing out

I am one of the winners to their New Year Resolution contest. They game me a $20 chip and now I am cashin out. I am trying the wire transfer but having problems. There is not suppose to be a charge for first cash out but the withdrawal process through their screen puts it on. Chat says they will handle it....Let's hope so...The money still shows in my balance...My question is has ANYONE ever had a cash out from their and had problems.....how long did it take to get your monies....and did you???

Hi homeandhap, Congrats on your cashout!  Grande Vegas is a part of the Jackpot Capital group (I called Grande Vegas and confirmed that) and off the top of my head, I remember a recent thread started by a member who was cashing out from Jackpot Capital. If it was as smooth for her there (as you will read), I would suspect that your cashout at Grande Vegas will be just as smooth. (I hope) Other than that, I have no info on cashouts from Grande Vegas.
