im a begado depositor and they shut my account for asking for my birthday bonus

account at begado-yobaboy  they sent me a letter stating we give our players $30 for our depositing players,not true at all in fact i recieved this letter a week after my birthday and not only did they not give me the chip they shut off my account! when i called and asked what i did wrong i was told nothing! then i pressed and was told it was a secret,next time i tried to login they shut down my account! is there any help available? thank you,george h.
