Just want to let everyone know, please-please remember all the info you put on your original registration. I put 2 phone numbers on mine and can only confirm 1 number(can't remember, must have been a trac phone I had at one time). As you know they only contact by email, so the process is slow if there is an issue. So, I have $2600 and can't withdraw anything. I asked them to confirm that the issue will not be resolved and all my play has been for not....no response. I'm dissappointed, but this is their policy. I'll be more careful next time and record all info.

You're saying that you are waiting for them to confirm that you will not be able to get your winnings just because you cannot confirm an old phone number?Before I go off, I will wait for their final word. For now though ............ What a crock of $hit!!

I agree MBEN, IF it is over an old phone# and cannot cashout due to that and they can actually provide proof of a new phone#..well lets say I wouldn't want to deal with a casino such as that. I have never heard of such a thing.

Well, well....after over a week and mutiple-multiple emails they emailed me today to say they have talked with management and my docs have been approved and my account upgraded. Unforunately I played through most of the winnings waiting for their decision....I'm sure that had something to do with it. Now I have a butt-load of comps to cash in, let's see if they do it. And yes I read all the terms and conditions for that...you have to play through 10x's before comp money can be cashed.    But hey, I want to thank you all for your support.

That's great news that you have been approved finally! I don't know what they received from you that they approved your docs. If you want to post how you confirmed your old numbers, please do so others will know or we have something to reference to if others run into the same issue. I was gonna tell you earlier to NOT PLAY YOUR BALANCE DOWN WHILE WAITING, and wish I had now. Hopefully you can build it back up with your comps. :goodluck:

I have heard good things about inetbet so i decided one night to make my 1st dep well it was declined then a second a attept over a 6 hour period same result well as anyone knows you get an email statement showing declined dep which i did get then i responded with an email asking why my attempts were declined what i got back was scary at least i cant believe you would send me an email stating you cant see any attemps to dep maybe i dont want to dep now hell if you dont even know but yet you sent this to me make me wonder how you keep track of anything Thank you Cledith Adkins,We note you have tried to make a deposit for an amount of 25.00 USD.Unfortunately this could not be processed at this time. The same night i also had two failed dep att at jackpot capitol and ill tell you what a more professorial approach to the issue instead of denying like inetbet they sent an email with a # to call apologizing for the inconvenience so i called they tried again it failed they said it was on there processors and again told me that they are sorry and gave me 80.00 bonus so i could still play made they playthru and cashed out 150.00 and had never made a successful dep before the withdraw that's a good casino

So you get an automated email saying your transaction was declined for whatever reason and when you contact support about it, Brian says he cannot see an attempted transaction on their end? That's weird! Does anything show in your account history in the cashier?

Way to go Jackpot Capital! :thumb:I wonder if they use the same processor and if so, there may have been a processor issue that iNetBet didn't know about yet? I'm stretching that a bit I know.
