I had two sessions of slots last week using bonus balance ($5 Touchdown and Luck o' the Irish) where winnings were not crediting.   Of course you spin quickly, so it was about halfway through, when I hit big spins, that I started to notice this.  Thought it was the first game so tried the second to find the same problem.  No idea how much they deprived me of.  Three emails yielded a run-a-round.  I gave the the games, the date, and a window of time.  All they had to do was track the plays.  Instead they told me I had to give them exact times, balances before and after spin, etc.  IMPOSSIBLE to do.NONSENSE!!!  I expected better than this.  Now I wonder if there is a mechanism that keeps players from making their play  through requirements?
