Have you went to live chat and asked them the reason for the reverse of the withdrawal? Perhaps they had trouble with the bank.

Did they give you any sort of email explaining why?

I had a problem because when I made the account at the casino I lived some were else so they wanted something from that address going back 3 mo and of Couse I did not have that because I have not lived there for a year
So if anyone all ready made a account at this casino and you have moved make sure you email the casino and go to live chat and the casino and change your address so you dont have the same problem like I did
