RAGING BULL DEPOSITS

I noticed today as I checked my bank account, that on a $77 deposit, $79.16 and on a $76 deposit, $78.49 was taken out. Anyone else have this happening? That is an extra $4.65:( And then when you withdraw, we get charged $45. The receipts I got were for $76.84 and $76.97!

YES.... @krystalkitty and I have brought this up to RBC numerous times in the past and have been given credit to my account for the total up to that date by RBC. I had around $300 in these fees over a few months when I first noticed the added change to each deposit. It is still happening but I tally up the totals every few weeks and inform RBC because the amounts range from 35 cents to $1.

BANK REP TOLD ME....Deposit charges are immediate to my VISA and the added money doesn't hit until charge gets posted by the merchant, which my bank says is why it is on the merchant's end as bank woudl add immediately.

I Have asked my VISA card about this and it is not on their end for sure. Also, please see the image I posted from a successful deposit at RBC and read the bottom.......

luckychick, I had to delete the picture because of the transaction descriptor. We do not like giving information like that out to those who will find it useful for going after casinos and their processors. (the Feds)

I'm not saying they'd actually find it, but I have been surprised on what has been found by those looking for that kind of information (casino reps) that has been buried deep within the forum.

You can repost it. Just block out the info (such as the descriptor) that is not relevant to your issue. Thanks! :)
