SLOT POWER AND WAS CALLED ABSOLUTE SLOTS

I played a free chip at absolute slots now slots power. I won alot of money and only 50 could be cashed out which was fine I knew this when I accepted the free chip. I played for weeks on only slots I hate table games. I decided to cash in and before I could do that I had to deposit 25 into the casino so I did that. Now come to find out they say I played table games which voids the chip. I dont ever play the table games ever. They could see it on there history I did amazing how this could be since I know what I play and dont play. Free money oh well. I am getting my 25 back which will cost me money to put back into my account through ewallet. Obviously something fishy is going on since I had them check my account before I did the deposit and all was well. Then all of a sudden when I go to cash out I played table games. What ticks me off the most is I know I didnt play the table games. DONT PLAY THERE THEY MAY DO THIS WITH YOUR REGULAR MONEY ON SOME COUPON YOU WILL USE. THEY WILL ACCUSE YOU OF PLAYING THE RESTRICTED GAMES AND YOU MAY HAVE NOT PLAYED THEM STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO.-- Edited by belgamo on Friday 24th of April 2009 05:18:12 PM

I always thought this casino was okay, until 2 weeks ago. I won $10 for Absolute on another forum competition ( sorry folks!) and gave the moderator my details. I got an email saying that I could not receive any bonuses because I had multiple accounts. I know this to be untrue. I spoke to live support as follows: All operators are currently assisting others. hey bel, what is going on here.. we all have other accts at rival casinos?  it should not matter to slot power if we have an acct there and at another casino.as long as we are playing by the rules at the casinos it should not matter what is going on somewhere else.can you ck into this for this person.i know the old maanger or vip person from slot power was a member here, he sure helped me in the past. maybe this is just a big misunderstanding and can be fixed real easy. sometimes computers and human error can mix things up.send bel a private pm and see if he can help. or slot power member, can u help. dont know the whole situation but i hope you get this taken care of. they have been a great casino and i hope it doesnt change. i do put alot of money there on a regular basis. not the last month or two but usually. so it continues to be a great casino.give them another chance to get this right.i have had bad experiences at good casinos and in the long run they got fixed. so be patient and lets get this fixed

I have never had a real problem with Absolute AKA SlotPower, the only thing that I get annoyed with is the time it takes to process a withdrawal. Other than that, I have no problem with them.

First let me say It again, RIVAL CASINOS SHARE DATABASES, if you are flagged for abuse or multiple accounts at JUST ONE rival casino you are setting yourself to be banned or refused bonuses at other Rival casinos. Each casino will be aware of you and has the decision to make for themselves how the treat your status. I have never heard of ANY FREE RIVAL chip where you have to deposit prior to being able to withdraw. I also do not personally think you would play for WEEKS on a free chip without cashing out. You are slamming the casino with no record,  CHAT or EMAILS to back up any of what you are saying. HiI did have to deposit 25 dollars out of my ewallet account and deposit it into the casino because  they wouldnt allow me to withdraw through ewallet  until I did this to validate my account. That chat below  is the second one I had with live help I didnt request the first transcript regarding the initial conversation I did play from 9/28/090 to 4/10/2009 on a free chip I ended up hitting on an I-slot which gave me over 5,000 dollars to play with and I was having a great time playing so I kept playing because at that time I was collecting comp points because live help told me I could play these  like cash after I made the withdraw from the free chip. I am sorry you dont believe I played on a free chip for weeks it actually turned out to be months!!! So somehow I played table games that I dont remember so they say I hate video poker and table games but who cares I think I should be able to give my opinion on a casino if I feel I have been mislead even if everyone in the whole world decides to play there thats fine its what I experienced here. since then Rival have implemented an extra fixture into the system which denies access to any games not specified on a bonus, and eliminating further situations such as this.n. this is great news.  i am glad that no one will have to go through this every again. i think that is great he casinos started to do this. it is disappointing when you think u won and cant cash out.i know when u start winning u forget what u played.it is important to remember to go back to cashier and ck the rules once in awhile when u are playing on a chip for awhile.i knew abs power would look into this and take care of it.it might not be what the player wanted but it was fair. the rules was not followed. it was an accident but that happens. like any bonus or contest. rules must be followed.thanks abs slot for posting and looking into it

i had to deposit 25 to withdraw 50 on a free chip to validiate my ewallet account i then withdrew 75.00 with no problem and its was in my account within 3 days after my docs were approved
