Withdrawal at Silver Oaks

I recently made two withdrawals at Silver Oak on 11/28.  One was approved on 11/5 and the other on aa/14.  I have sending emails and having chants but I still do not have my winnings.I thought their policy was to send winnings 4-7 days once approved.  Here is the chat I had this morning.mdexter: maureen.dexter@yahoo.com and 2815318815 Laura: Thank you for the information. Laura: You're most welcome Has anyone ever had trouble getting their winnings from Silver Oak.  I guess I feel that they have had enough time to send me my winnings.  I have also played at Planet 7 and it took them about three weeks for me to get my check.Any help would be appreciated.

Good morning friend.Silver Oak has really cleaned up their act in the past year or so, and I do believe you will get paid. As far as how long it takes is another matter for anyone to guess on.Just in my opinion, withdrawls approved on 11/14 and 11/15 are not that long overdue.  If they are reviewing cash-outs as they claim, it will slow the process.My best advice is to keep in touch with them, and try to be patient, and boy do I know how hard that is.  If it makes you feel any better, there have been players that have had withdrawls from casinos for months before they see a penny, and I do not believe this will be the case with you and Silver Oak.Lets give it just a week more and see where we are at.  If at that time you have not gotten a better answer or a payout, we will send a note off to the rep.Mben does this, and she is currently on vacation. She likely would agree to wait just a tad more time as well.Hang in there.  If you dont get paid in a little while we will step in.Thanks for the post. :roll:                                                                                         Pam

Thank you for the quick response. I really felt like I should have my winnings for the withdrawal that was approved on the 5th of November. Anyway, I will wait another week and see what happens.Have a great Thanksgiving holiday.

 Ohhhhhh, I am so sorry, I mis-read your first date of 11/5 and thought it was 11/15.  Yes, this withdraw is most certainly getting to the point of being what is considered late in my opinion.When Mben returns, we will most certainly send off a note to the rep to see what is going on with your money if you have not received it yet by then.I guess I need to admit I need glasses. hahahah Sorry I misread the dates.I will keep Mben informed of this, so she is up to speed when she returns.                                                                                                                                                   Pam

 It is no secret many of us are struggling to get the payouts once approved.  This has to be handled on a individual basis unless there is a known reason across the board for the delay.I'll try to get Belgamo to look into this earlier than waiting for Mben to come back. Hello Pam,Hope you had a great Thanksgiving.I just wanted to let you know I still have not received by winnings from Silver Oak Casino.Per my previous email my first withdrawal was approved on 11/5 and the second on on 11/14.I was told last week that they had not received any information from their processor.  As of today I still have not heard when my winnings will be sent.  Hoping someone can help with this.Regards,Maureen Dexter

Thank you for ino Dan.  I am glad to hear that you got part of your winnings.  I am still waiting on mine.  One approved 11/5 and the other approved on 11/14.  Today I was told it was at the processor but they could not tell me when I would receive.  I am hoping it won't be much longer.Anyway, thanks for the info. mdexter, have you received your 11/5 cashout yet? It took 21 days for sambeau to get his first withdrawal and if that is the timeline, then yours should have gotten to you on the 26th???Let me know and if not, what is your username at Silver Oaks? I don't know what is going on with the casinos (Silver Oaks group which includes Planet 7, the Club World group and the CoolCat group which has been posted about in other threads here on the forum) but hopefully they sort things out soon so they can all start paying winners in a timely fashion once again.

In response to your email I still have not received my winnings.  As I told Pam one was approved on 11/4 and the other on 11/14.  My user name is mdexter.  Any help I can het would be appreciated.Just for your information.  I made a withdrawal at Slotastic on 11/24 and recived my check fedex this morning.  They really pay fast.Again, thank you and have a reat day!! Regards,Maureen

Maureen, Here is what I received from our rep. She wants you and everyone to know that she personally cannot step in where finances are involved with players because of her position, but suggests to wait until next week and to continue to contact support to see if they have a tracker for you. They are working on improving their current processing and the check should be on it's way soon. She also stated We've been dealing with some difficulties with our current processor (for wires and checks) and as a result both player and affiliate accounts have been experiencing delayed payments. This was an unforeseen event and we are assuring everyone that all payments will be made. We haven't forgot about anyone. I don't know who the casinos use for a processor but the fact that there have been a few delays reported here on our forum and others, from various casino groups, tells me that something happened out there and the casino's management are scrambling to correct whatever happened. We have always known that to be able to accommodate players from the USA, so they can deposit and withdraw, has been getting more and more difficult for the casinos because of the US gov't and their crappy no online gambling laws and their need to crack down on processors who are the actual people that move the money between the casino and players. Thanks for your patience, Maureen. I know it's hard to wait for money with the holidays coming but right now, that's what you need to do until you have confirmation the money is actual on it's way. Please let me know anything new that you may hear from support. The rep is going to keep an eye on this thread also.

Hi Dan,Just checking to see if you ever received your nov 14 withdrawal.  I still have not received my nov 4 or nov 14.I called them today and was told it has been processed.  I was also told they have changed processor.  I sure hope I get it soon as its been over a month since I made the withdrawals  on oct 28.  I won recently at Slotastic and it took 5 days.  They really payout fast.Hopefully I will see my money before 2013. Hello Mben,This is an email I got today from the support at Silver Oak Casino about my two withdrawals.Dear Maureen, According to the notes two checks were sent to the processor one for $1000.00 and the other $2375.00, we should have the tracking information anytime soon. Please keep in consideration, in most cases the customers have the checks by time the tracking number is posted in the account. As always I am here to assist you anytime. Have a nice day! This is the same thing I was told last week.  I am really getting frustrated.  I guess I just don't :angry:if they checks have been sent to the processor why don't they send them to me.I just hope I get my winnings soon.Hope your having a great day!!  Let me know if you hear anything.Maureen

Hi Maureen,The casinos don't send checks to the processor to have them send to you. They tell the processor how much to pay and to who. The processor writes the checks (or initates wire transfers, etc) and they send you the money. So what the email is telling you is that the casino sent your withdrawals to the processor. As soon as the checks are sent to you via the processor, there will be a tracking number assigned to them. When the casino gets the numbers from the processor, they will give them to you. And hopefully, as the email states, you may already have the checks in your hands by the time you get the actual tracking numbers. I know that after receiving such an email once, it's hard to believe the money is coming. Let's hope for the best. I feel you will be paid soon.

Hi Mben,Just wanted to give you and update on my winnings from Silver Oak casino.  I still have not received my winnings. I sent email today and they said they still had no information from the processor.  I guess I do not understand why they won't contact the processor and find out why I have not been paid.I am really tired of hearing the same old story.  Maybe I'll get paid tomorrow. LOL!!Maureen

Morning Pam,Just wanted to let you know that I am still waiting for my winnings from Silver Oak.  I keep hearing the same story that it is at the processor.You would think they could check with the processor to find out what the problem is.  It has been over a month since both of my withdrawals were approved.  This is absolutely crazy. :angry:Another week gone by and no check yet.Hope you have a great day!!Maureen

It is very fustrating.  I can not believe they can not check with processor to see what is going on. Keep me posted on whether you get your winnings.  I will do the same.  Atleast you got the one from nov. 2 and I still have gotten the one that was approved on nov. 4 and have one for nov. 14 as well. I do not know if I will be playing there again.Maureen
