123bingo won't redeem the coupon they emailed to me

Okay, got this email this morning at 3:20 am with the subject line: Beautiful Sunday's Begin with $5 Free!  I went to log in and contacted live help and here is the conversation: stapowe6854: Hi I got a free Sunday $5 email. The code is Sunday5. Freddie: i am sorry but tghjis code is expire now stapowe6854: Why is it expired? I just got the email and it is Sunday morning. Freddie: i am sorry maybe you late stapowe6854: No, I am not late. I will be sharing this information with an online casino forum. Everybody needs to know your coupons and freebies are bogus. Freddie: ok plz send the email to us stapowe6854: What email? The one you sent to me with the bonus info? He never answered. It's only $5 and they sent me the email! What a crock! On a side note I kind of liked how he responded to my threat of sharing this with everyone. We'll see if anything happens or I get a new email. -Stephanie

I experience alot of wishy washy messages from certain Bingo sites too.  I try to stay in touch with the sites for possibility of redeeming freebies to our members, and weeding out the good from the bad.  I always considered 123Bingo to be a fairly reputable site. I know Bingo sites have many of the same terms and conditions that casino sites have such as no two freebies in a row, etc, but to be told simply you are to late when you just received the email?  (Even the code is Sunday5? and today is Sunday.  Geesh)I dont know if No Deposit Forum has any contacts with 123Bingo, but Mben will certainly be able to answer that for us. Thanks for letting us know, and you are right, it isnt the point that it is  $5. It is the point they will not honor it without a valid reason other than your being late which sounds fishy.                                                                                                            Pam

I don't and off the top of my head, I don't think Belgamo has a contact there. He may though and I will find out as soon as I can.
