Another tourney gripe

I just finished another free tournament at Red Flush. Playing on Tomb Raider, after 3 or 4 spins, the screen froze and then I was taken back to the lobby. I then had to find it and re-enter, losing me valuable minutes. I got back in with 1 min. 40 secs left and finished 2nd, but by the time the tourney had finished, I ended up 20th, payout was the top 15 only. I spoke to live support and he asked if I had taken a screen shot???? Of what, the lobby? Anyone could do that at any time, and I was too pre-occupied trying to get back into tournament to muck about with screen shots.This happens far to many times for my liking and at far to many casinos, and only it seems, when I'm doing well. Nothing goes wrong when I'm having a bad round. I sometimes thing the leading pack are phantoms because while I may be struggling to get 2 or 3 thousand points, the top 10 are normally into 6 figures.Does anyone else have these problems? I love the tournaments and would gladly take part in the pay-in ones, but not until this so called connection problem is ironed out, cos most of the time, thats what support blames it on.

I've noticed that the free tournaments do that, but I have never been booted from a paid tourney. I think it may have to do with the amount of players because I too get booted occasionally from the free tourney but I am usually losing.

It happens to me as well. I notice those same things but when its you that hits 99K on Loaded, or 5 chest on Avalon, you'll realize your time's a coming.

wow, i have lots of stories of this happening to me and especially in the big all jackpots 100k tourney and i won 3rd place 10k. i should have won 2nd place 25k. got kicked out and i got 4girls and 1wild on free spins which should have given me 200k pts but it only gave me 192k. should have actually given more since the wild made other lines pay. but it doesnt matter if they you have a screen print or not as they give the winners the money within minutes of the tourney winning.so what are they going to do after it is over and you submit the screen prints and they get back to you three days later and told you were right. they arent going to give you the money you lost... i had this problem...so i get really fustrated myself all the time. i lost 15k because of this and i bought all rebuys.. so i put my own money in. i bought alot of start overs to get to the third place....oh really second...lol..got to laugh or i will cry if i think about it. yes i made a profit of over 9k, but knowing i lost out of alot more makes me....urrrrrrrgh
