Atlantis Gold still pending after over a week

I have been jumping through their hoops for over a week now. They ask for this or that document, some of which I am not able to send to them like utility bill in my name, they say they will take something else and it's still not good enough.

So far this is what they have from me:

bank statement
loan payment past due notice
Social security card
Drivers license
a couple of hospital bills
their authorization form
front and back of MasterCard
front and back of Visa
Food stamp letter

I am pretty sure this is not a complete list but I think this should be enough documentation don't you? They asked me a month ago or so to get my account verified and they would give me a bonus into the account, which turned out to be a bonus into Monarch or Tropicana, but anyway, I did it and they said that it was verified and gave me the bonus.

Then I won $45 in a free tournament and turned it into over $400, asked for a withdrawal, they said $150 was the maximum so I changed it to the $150 on the 8th of Jan and this has been going on and on since then.

Also, does anyone know if they are able to put it back on my credit card here in the US or am I going to have an issue with that too after I finally get this straightened out. I will do a wire into bank account if I have to but I didn't want to change anything with this withdrawal right not. I hope this saga is over pretty dang soon. I think they want me to just reverse it and I will go away but I am no way going to do that. I WANT THAT MONEY!!

Can anyone help or advise me on anything?

jumboscampi, I'll send this to the rep to see what she has to say. Hopefully, she can give us a clear answer as to what they exactly as far as docs are concerned.

Not a word from them last night or today so far. Do they work during the day? It seems I always get an email in the middle of the night from them.

They do work during the day jumboscampi, but often their days and nights are different than ours as they are out of the country. In this case Mben will probably hear from the rep in a day or two.

I got an email from them this morning saying it's still not good enough to prove my address if you can believe that! I sent them my social security statement showing just my address and my AARP insurance acceptance document. They just keep telling me that what I have sent them doesn't prove that I freaking live here! I just can't believe this.
It's been good enough for everybody else I've gotten withdrawals from! Way less than this as a matter of fact has been good enough. What more can I do? I don't pay utilities, I have an online bank account with an emailed statement. But, everything I have sent them has been extremely personal and should have been more than good enough for this lousy $150 that I am asking for. I am just beside myself. And I'm NEVER going to make another deposit with them EVER again. That is for sure. And I'm going to spread the word about this bull..... too.

Mben was commenting to me yesterday that she still hadn't gotten a reply and that that was unusual because the rep is usually pretty good about getting back to her.

In any case I don't have access to the reps so we will have to wait for Mben. Being that it is Saturday though, I don't expect to see her on the forum until later this evening.

Yes, jumboscampi, I have seen the list of documents you have given them and it is ridiculous that they still want more. I'm sorry we don't have an answer for you yet, I am the only one on the forum on weekends and I can't help with this, hopefully when Mben comes in tomorrow she will have heard from the rep.

They sent another email saying that what I have sent them is not good enough. In this day and age of online statements, bills, etc. I don't have a "mailed" statement from my bank but you would think that all of the other items I sent like the Social Security statement, payment notice from my loan company (these items were mailed to me through post office) and a few others would be good enough. A bunch of BS if you ask me.

It does seem they are trying to make it difficult. I have had the same thing happen years back at a different casino (I don't remember which one) but they were insisting it had to be a "utility bill" but my name wasn't on any of those. I think they eventually accepted a hospital bill (which in this case looks like that didn't work for you).

I sent them, today, more docs including my state farm insurance bill that I got off the internet, jan and dec bank statements that I also got off the internet but all show my address, a bill from my loan company again, and other redundant documents. Shouldn't that be good enough??

OH, by the way, the verification that I got from them was according to them was for the account, not my address! That's what they said anyway. Whatever!

They sent an email to me saying that my address is now verified and that I would be getting my withdrawal. It is saying "flushed" in the cashier section now instead of pending. Does anyone know what that means?

Still no money from them and the cashier section still says that the status of it is "flushed". I asked what that meant by the way and they said that it is the status in between being verified that you are OK to be paid and the finance people giving the OK to actually process the payment. I then of course asked about how long that would take and the first response I got was to give it 48 hrs. Now since that time frame has passed they are now just saying that it is in the hands of the "finance" people and to contact them and also to be patient. So, anyway, that's the latest!

Thanks for the update jumbo. Just so you know, I think they will pay you, but I don't think they will be quick about it.

Now I am basing that on things I have heard and seen here on the forum, not my own experience as don't play there (I'm more of an RTG girl).

Yeah, that's kind of the way I see it too Sookie. They will pay me but in their own sweet time, not mine! I don't know if I mentioned this or not but this all stemmed from $45 that I won in one of their free tournaments. I have deposited there, just not this particular time. I turned that money into about $400 and at first tried to withdraw that but they said the max was going to be the $150 because it was from "bonus" money as they called it. I thought that was not fair but what can you say. And all of that originated back on my birthday, January 6th so this has been ongoing for a while now and golly I want that dang money. I will NEVER make another deposit with them I'll tell ya!

If they have the games you like, I suggest trying casinos in the Grand Prive or Genesys groups.

Yeah, I think I will do that if I ever get a hankering to make a deposit into this type of casino again. My favorite is like Miami, Liberty and Lincoln gaming. I think it's called, or was called, WGS software. Not a lot of that kind out there. I have made a few withdrawals from Miami and never had any problems whatsoever with them and they were quick about it too.

And as far as the new WGS or old Vegas Tech probably the best rated software in terms of paying out there players everyone that accepts US players is reliable and very Trustworthy Intertops Classic ,Liberty .Lincoln, and Miami Club all are top notch casinos .I myself tend to think there games lack something perhaps getting this new era of graphics would be a welcome start .. But would rather be a little bored and safe knowing if i do hit something there is no doubt i will get paid.. Then to be so excited over the games twiddling my thumbs broke hopping i will get paid
