So, if I am under a security check, why would they put the money back in my account? Yeah, I know...to play it all back, which I will and be DONE with them:angry:

Oh sorry for your problems.  That's a pain. You already knew that this type of thing could happen with the group, but you still chose to play their.  Maybe you need to really start think about where you are playing. Don't let them win and go lose all the money back.  Leave it there and fight for it.  If there not going to honor a cashout it doesn't make sense to go play it back.

Funny how they didn't send you this message account randomly chosen for a security check when you made deposits!!! This is ridiculous!! Do as others have said and don't touch it and wait for Mben. She is the best and I know will be all over this one. Good luck Krystal.

I had nothing but issues with this group, I deposited well over $500.00 in the course of 3 months.... I had pretty much the same email 60 days!!! Come on really? They are just buying time while they can build up a bank roll to pay the other however many players it's quite disgusting how they can just brush players off.

Well then that really is screwed up! What good does it do to 'do things by the book' if you run into things like this? I scan a few forums regularly and I have to say, I have never heard of a 60 day security check. Especially if your documents were approved. Hopefully people are reading this and deciding where they want to put that $20 tonight...

It is frustrating and we still don't know why these security checks are ran on players. This is not the first time that this has happened to players nor only at this casino.

I was thinking on depositing with this group, but due to so many complaints, i think i will just stick with the places i know i will get paid. That is a bunch of BS.
