Winning dispute at Slotastic

WELL KNOWN MEMBER
Below is an email I sent to SLotastic in regards to my winnings.  I won a jackpot of over $8000but they are stating it was won on a no deposit bonus of which you are only allowed 5x the amount the deposit and in this case the bonus was a 100.00 so I would get $500.  I did have a live chat and was told I won the jackpot on the bonus but I actually won it after I cashed out the bonus and then deposit comp points I had on my account.  They did however did give me a $1000 as a courtesy.  I have never had a problem with Slotastic but I just do not agree with them on this. This is the email I sent them but no respone yet. am inquiring about my account as there seems to be an issue as to how much I won. I started out with a bonus on 100.00 of which I played through 60x that is required. When the play through amount was reached I had over a 1000.00. I made a withdrawal of the 500.00 and the casino took the other 665.00 from my account. See the below withdrawal of 500.00.     After that I decided to deposit my comp points and I I had winnings so I decided to withdraw 800.00 then lated reveresed that withdrawal so I could play again. It was after that I won a jackpot.  After I won the jackpot I withdrew another 2500.00 and continued to play. When I looked at my account this morning I only had a 1000.00 in it.I have been told I can only cashout a 1000.00. This is not correct. My account needs to be reviewed. Just because I happen to hit a jackpot I am being I won on the initial bonus which is not correct.I hope we can get this resolved. I started playing at Slotastic on the referral of my host at Fortune Lounge so I trusted this was a trustworthy and honest casino to play at.I am really not happy about this as I won this fair and square.Maureen:nono::nono:

Oh, man .... that sucks, mdexter! I wonder if there is a max cashout on comp points? I don't know and will look at their terms and conditions while waiting for your username. Can you post your username please?

Thank you for response to my post.  My user name is mdexter This is an email response I got from Slotastic.  I still do no agree with them as There is no way I would of redeemed my comps as I never use comp points unless my balance is 9. Here's the details of your winnings. You won with a $100 bonus and the coupon was automatically converted and remainder of funds removed $665.41You continued playing with the $500 balance and requested a payout via check for $530 in totalThe balance after requesting that payout was $115.51 and you proceeded to request a payout of $860 via bank wire (these winnings are still from the bonus) leaving a balance of $39.72You then redeemed $20.71 in comps from which you had absolutely no winnings. The payout of $860 was cancelled by yourself and with this you played up your balance to request a payout of $2,560 via bank wire and still have a balance of $6,346.83Please be reminded that, as stated in our Promotional Terms & Conditions, the maximum cashout amount for no-deposit bonus play is five times the bonus given (e.g. $50 given; max cashout = $250). This includes any winnings from jackpots, there is a max cashout of 5x once you are using winnings/funds from a free bonus. You weren't using comps when you won the jackpot.Being a highly valuable customer, we made a one-time courtesy and allowed a max cashout of 10x instead of the regular 5x and have been sent that $1,000 payout today via check.Should you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us at the below-mentioned telephone numbers and/or e-mail address.Yours Sincerely,YasmeenCasino ManagerToll Free: 800-571-7009Regular number: 678-349-0095  Anyway, I guess I have to accept it and just move on.  Again thank you for your response and help.Regards,Maureen Dexter

Hi mdexter. That is a great breakdown of your play at Slotastic and with that explanation, I don't think there is anything that can be done. This sentence says it all You weren't using comps when you won the jackpot. . I think it's awesome that they paid you 10 times instead of the 5 times that is the norm and (I'm not trying to be rude in the slightest) I would be happy with that. $1000 off of a free chip makes for a good day at the casino. And the check is on it's way! Please don't hesitate to ask for help if you need assistance in the future .... wherever you play (and that we endorse of course).

Thank you for following up.  i really appreciate it. While I was playing wih the comp and not the bonus I have decided its not worth diputing further as I can only go by what I know happen.  I am glad to get the $1000.  I like playing there as they payout quicker than a lot of the other casinos do.Can you recommend other casinos that payout quick.  I play at Planet 7 but it takes a month to get your winnings.  I guess I got spoiled when I was playing at Fortune Lounge.  I love the microgaming sofware.  I wish they would come back to the US>Anyway, thanks for your help.  Sometimes it is just good to vent.  Hope you have a great weekend.Maureen

In your own words, you wrote....After that I decided to deposit my comp points AND I HAD WINNINGS so I decided to withdraw 800.00 then lated reveresed that withdrawal SO I COULD play again. It was after that I won a jackpot.yes, congrats but you WERE STILL PLAYING FROM THE REVERSED WINNINGS AND THE SAME BONUS, that bonus had a CAP on it that NO MATTER what you had WON a million, you could have ONLY cashed out the MAX amount.NOW, had you NOT wrote what you did above, I was pulling for you. When I first read it I thought 1. You made your withdrawal, 2. used your comp pts to continue to play with and ONLY your comp pts and then WON the jackpot. In this case you would have won the entire amount, unless there is a t and c stating that comp pts have a max w/d? On other RTGS they do not.

I also wanted to add, because I have done what you did and learned the hard way. Players believe that once you have won and made the playthru and requested the withdrawal that if you reverse it and continue to play that you are not playing on the same bonus you started to play on.The clock does not start over and that is ALL your money you withdrew on. NOT true it is the same money and the same rules apply with the max bonus rule EVEN if you reverse the w/d and continue to play.ON another not what erks me the most is when the bonus itself is non cashable and taken out of you withdrawal and you do not include it in your w/d.Example if you win 600 your max w/d is 200 the $50 bonus is non cashable. But you only w/d $200. they will take the $50 from your $200 and give you ONLY $150. Where if you look at the above example you won $600 you should have w/d $250 from the $600. When you go to live chat and ask them what your max w/d is they will only tell you $200 and typically that is what players w/d.But they do not tell you max w/d is $200 so withdraw including the $50 non cashable bonus so total $250 withdrawl and the casino will give you the max of $200.

Also do most players know that a Reversed withdrawal does not count as a new deposit? I learned the hard way, I won a big amount at an RTG and reversed it 4 times and lost it all. I ALWAYS get a freechip after every deposit if I do not take a bonus and this time when I asked found out. Withdrals that are reversed are NOT considered deposits. At some microgaming they encourage reversals and considered them as deposits, that is why i thought it would be considered a deposit. At RTG's it is not.

This is very informative, lucky8s. Both parts of it. Players MUST let their cashout go through completely so it's a done deal. Anyone who messes with any part of their pending cashout by reversing some is asking for trouble when it comes to cashing anything out on that reversed money. Also, the non cashable bonus is called a Sticky bonus and cannot be cashed out. There are some bonuses that are cashable but most are not. So when a player cashes out, they should calculate the amount of the bonus plus the maximum cashout amount and request that whole amount. The bonus gets backed out and leaves the max amount to be sent to the player. Thanks for your posts! Lots of useful info! :thumb:

Thank you guys for all the useful info.  I know one thing it will not happen again.  I have been playing online for about 10 years but of course microgaming before they pulled out of the US. Anyway,  I almost believe it is better not to take the bonuses and just play on your money so there is no confusion as to what is yours. Again thanks for all the great info.  I really love all the information the site provides. Maureen:yourock::yourock:
